Jizong Peng obtained his Ph.D. degree from LIVIA in the summer of 2022 under the supervision of Prof. Christian Desrosiers and Marco Pedersoli. Previously, He obtained both his mater’s and bachelor’s degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, in 2017 and 2014, respectively. He also held a French engineering diploma from Ecole Centrale de Marseille, France. His research interests include medical image segmentation, semi-supervised learning, self-supervised learning, and representation learning. He has so far (co)authored more than 30 scientific articles on various peer-reviewed revenues and international conferences, with a citation of more than 400. He is now working as a researcher in Huawei Noah’s Ark lab, Toronto, Canada.
